Q. I can't log in?

Q. When will I get my certificate in the mail?
A. Within 10 working days of passing your course.
Q. How long do I have to complete the course?
A. You have 1 year to complete the course.
Q. Who do I contact if I have problems with my course?
A. Contact your eCoach first, if you require further assistance, contact 0800 40 80 90.
Q. Can I use a tablet/iPad to complete the course?
A. Yes, you can complete any of our courses on tablet/iPad. Sometimes the course will require you to download a viewer app. such as Articulate.
Q. How do I get my Unit Standard once I have completed the course?
A. Once you have successfully completed your course, complete the Unit Standard form and email to sarah@boatingeducation.org.nz
